October 29th — December 28th, 2018

Cost:  $50

After December 28th                      Cost:  $65

Participants must be at least 16 years of age

Program Includes:

* 2– 30 minute training sessions a week for 8 weeks

* Prizes for weekly winners

* Motivation & Accountability

* Weekly weigh–ins

* Results– Last Year we had a average participant loss of 7.5 lbs.

* Weekly fitness classes

Important Dates:

Kick off/Welcoming: 

Monday, January 7th @ 6:00 pm in MPR

Ending Date: Friday March 1st, 2019

Final Program Challenge:

Tuesday March 5th @ 6:30pm

Fitness Classes:

Mondays 7:00-8:00 pm in the Small Gym

Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 am in the Small Gym
