We believe the values and skills learned early on are vital building blocks for life. Because of the Y, more young people in neighborhoods around the nation are taking a greater interest in learning and making smarter life choices. At the Y, children and teens learn values, positive behaviors, and can explore their unique talents and interests which helps them realize their potential. This will make confident kids today and contributing and engaged adults tomorrow.

Today the YMCA continues to innovate and develop great programming to help you meet your wellness goals. With group exercise classes that are unparalleled and innovative programs to challenge you and meet your special needs, we believe that we have something for everyone.

H.I.I.T.: Tues/Thurs 5-6pm
Range of Motion: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri: 10:30am-11:15am

Smart Center Studio:
Yoga: Tues/Thurs 5:45pm-6:45pm
